A plan for the serious homeowner. this plan includes tier 1 and tier 2 perks. then we throw in 5-6 hrs , priorioty scheduling, a dedicated handyman, 2 major repairs , smart home maintanence, another add on of your choice, and our top level specialty cleaning and surface care (marble,travertine, butcher block etc.,) rollover hours up to 1 month reserve, and your detailed monthly home report. $325

Golden Anchor plan
we value and care about our seniors. you have put so much into the community we wanted to re-pay the favor. this plan is for you! it includes ramp installation and repair, bathroom and shower grab bar installation and inspection,non slip floor care and installation, trash takeout, electronics assistance, priority service and scheduling, plumbing repairs, furniture assembly, 2 emergency repair calls a dedicated handyman and 1 special request each month, free material acquisition and delivery, and 50 % off all of our add on services. $200

Developed with you in mind , we wanted to take some of the workload and daily stressors of your plate for you. we hope this helps, both plans include 4 hrs, a semi annual inspection service, smoke detector checks , mini blinds service, 2 appliance repairs , drywall patches , gutter cleaning, yard care, re-keys door and lock services, light fixture changeout and service, filter checks , and 1 cleanout or full make ready each month . a detailed report of course and optional tenant management service .( we handle the work order requests, customer service, and mediation if needed. ) we will inform you and get the ok first before we proceed with any requests! ohh and how about a fixed material cost and 25 % discount on add ons .$125 PER PROPERTY
